More about Learner’s Performance Test
The learner’s academic performance test is a simple evaluation for prospective learners seeking admission. There is no pass or fail in this test, but it is very important for the betterment of learners. The test helps teachers identify the type of academic support strongly needed to improve competencies in five critical aspects of learning: phonemic awareness, letter knowledge, vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension according to the learner’s grade or age level. A class teacher administers the test in the presence of parents. The test result is discussed with parents on the same day; however, no result sheet is given. The performance test record is preserved in the student’s personal profile.
